Process standards
Rongda orders will meet the minimum process standards listed below (applicable to processes). If your project requires a level of craftsmanship that exceeds the following standards, please clearly outline the requirements in the engineering drawings, purchase orders, and/or specifications.
Finished product surface treatment
The paint coverage on the surface will be uniform, including adjacent materials of the components.
The surface of the finished product shall not have defects, including gaps, scratches, or other damages.
Milling steps, cutting tools, and chatter
The tool marks on the milling surface will be free of burrs, chatter, tool gauges, and other defects, and meet the surface roughness specifications.
The key surfaces clearly indicated will have no milling steps or marks on the entire surface.
Milling the surface will meet the surface roughness specifications.
Notches, burrs, and sharp edges
All exposed edges are free of burrs, sharp edges, and metal fragments
